For customers in the United States: Orders ship from our warehouse in Tennessee for fast, reliable domestic delivery.

For customers outside the U.S.: Orders are fulfilled from our Singapore facility, following the same meticulous standards.

Once your order is ready, it will be securely packaged and shipped. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as it leaves our facility. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or refer to our FAQs.

Occasionally, we may reach out to confirm your shipping address or payment details. To help avoid delays, please keep an eye on your inbox after placing your order.

However, if the carrier confirms delivery, we can't process a refund until the issue is resolved.
