Our ultimate commitment is to ensure that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience with us at Steinshant. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase online, please contact customer service to assist you with any issues you may have. 


Return and Exchange Policy:

Should you find your order unsatisfactory, you have the option to return or exchange your product within 14 days of delivery. However, the order must be en route back to our office within 30 days from the initial delivery date. To initiate a return, please provide a receipt or another proof of purchase. Note that we do not provide or reimburse for return shipping labels.

Upon receiving the returned items, we'll issue a refund for the full product value. However, the original shipping charges incurred during purchase will not be refunded.

Proof of purchase is necessary for any return or exchange. You can locate your order number in the initial order confirmation email. If you're unable to find your order number, our customer support team is here to assist.


Your order may be ineligible for return or exchange if:

  • It shows visible signs of wear or damage.
  • It's missing its original packaging, including any outer sleeves or tags.
  • It's a final-sale item (this doesn't apply to items bought with discount codes or during site-wide sales).
  • It's a custom-made order.

A few reminders:

  • Once your package arrives at our facility, allow 2-3 business days for our team to inspect the items and process your request.
  • Qualified returns will be refunded in full, excluding a USD $6 processing fee. Refunds generally reflect in your bank or PayPal account within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be directed to the original method of payment. If there's been any change in your payment method since the order was placed, please liaise with your financial institution.
  • A USD $6 repackaging fee will be charged for each item returned without its original packaging (like jewelry boxes, cases, sleeves, etc.). Please ensure items are appropriately wrapped and accompanied by all original components to prevent any damage during transit.
