All laser-engraved orders are processed and shipped directly from our workshop in Singapore. We typically ship within 48 hours on business days, but during peak times, it may take up to 72 hours.

Not at all! Each Shuffle Pocket is carefully prepared before engraving to ensure the vacuum-plated finish remains intact. This pre-engraving preparation itself typically takes about a day to complete.

Yes! Simply email us your design or logo, along with your preferred engraving position. To make things easier, you can take a screenshot of our product and draw directly on it to show us where you'd like the engraving.

We’ve had several requests for fully blank Shuffle Pockets made specifically for custom engraving, whether it’s a personal logo, a special design, or even a detailed photo engraving. While we’d love to offer this, producing blank versions requires us to create new tooling and adjust our manufacturing process, which comes at a significantly higher cost due to rising material expenses. Because of this, we can only commit to making them if there is enough interest.
